Ode to Karen Millen and more fashion than you can shake a stick at

So I gave in and finally posted a review for Karen Millen on Yelp...and thought that I might as well also post some of the favorites from 2013 SS and resort designer collections.  Yes, that means seriously photo spamming if you click for more.

Spring/Summer 2013: Palettes ranged from holding onto those darks of the winter to translucent whites.

Nothing says spring/summer  like a nice blazer/jacket,
dark or light.

Being in LA, I'm obligated to promote sandal wearing.
Go with a high waisted shorts for
flattering elongation of the legs.
Some left-over lace from the
2012 trend to help you get the
most interesting tan lines (shapes?).
Playing it color-safe and casual cool.
Playing it color-fun and garden-party ready.

Resort 2013: Going on (an expensive) vacation?  These clothes will help you be anything you want to be (including poor).
If lounging around is the goal, you are all set.
Be cute AND cuddly in a sweater-skirt combo.
Casual chic is a safe bet for most occasions.

Or you can get into the swing of things with a  fuller skirt.

Simple or not, light, dark, or something in between,
there is a dress for all.

Understated to dazzlingly sleek, Alexander McQueen
has got you covered (assuming some long legs).

Zac Posen won me over by using a model who
projects (beautiful) maturity rather than youth.
